Who is responsible

This website belongs to Freddy Gabriel García Camargo, who works as Garcat Design, based in San Cristóbal, Venezuela. For anything related to your data, write to freddygarcatwz@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, the service you’re interested in (optional) and your message. Today the form does not send anything to a server: it opens your own email app with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it.
• Email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to include when you write to me directly.
• Preferences on your device: the site remembers your language, light or dark theme and whether you paused the background motion. This is stored only in your browser (local storage), never sent to me, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

What I use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, manage the project. Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, the legal basis is your request to be contacted and the steps needed before and during a contract.

Who else is involved

I don’t sell or share your data for marketing. A few services are needed to run the site and to talk with you:

• Google (Gmail) receives and stores the emails you send me.
• Vercel hosts this website and may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep it secure and working.
• Unsplash serves some of the images on this site, so your browser connects to its servers when they load.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message me there.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country under their own safeguards.

No cookies, no analytics

This site does not use cookies, advertising or analytics tools. If that ever changes, this policy will say so first.

How long I keep it

Only as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and the records it requires. You can ask me to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how I use it, by writing to freddygarcatwz@gmail.com. I’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.

Esta web pertenece a Freddy Gabriel García Camargo, que trabaja como Garcat Design, con base en San Cristóbal, Venezuela. Para cualquier cosa relacionada con tus datos, escribe a freddygarcatwz@gmail.com.

Qué datos recojo

• Formulario de contacto: tu nombre, tu email, el servicio que te interesa (opcional) y tu mensaje. Hoy el formulario no envía nada a ningún servidor: abre tu propia app de correo con el mensaje listo, y tú decides si lo envías.
• Email y WhatsApp: lo que decidas incluir cuando me escribes directamente.
• Preferencias en tu dispositivo: la web recuerda tu idioma, el tema claro u oscuro y si pausaste el movimiento del fondo. Se guarda solo en tu navegador (almacenamiento local), nunca me llega, y puedes borrarlo cuando quieras desde los ajustes del navegador.

Para qué los uso

Para responder a tu consulta, preparar una propuesta y, si trabajamos juntos, gestionar el proyecto. Cuando aplican leyes de protección de datos como el RGPD, la base legal es tu solicitud de contacto y las gestiones necesarias antes y durante un contrato.

Quién más interviene

No vendo ni comparto tus datos con fines comerciales. Algunos servicios son necesarios para que la web funcione y para hablar contigo:

• Google (Gmail) recibe y guarda los emails que me envías.
• Vercel aloja esta web y puede guardar registros técnicos básicos, como direcciones IP, para mantenerla segura y funcionando.
• Unsplash sirve algunas de las imágenes de esta web, así que tu navegador se conecta a sus servidores al cargarlas.
• WhatsApp (Meta), solo si decides escribirme por ahí.

Algunos de estos proveedores están en Estados Unidos, así que tus datos pueden tratarse fuera de tu país bajo sus propias garantías.

Esta web no usa cookies, publicidad ni herramientas de analítica. Si eso cambia, esta política lo dirá primero.

Cuánto tiempo los guardo

Solo el tiempo necesario para responderte y, si trabajamos juntos, durante el proyecto y lo que exijan sus registros. Puedes pedirme que los borre antes.

Tus derechos

Puedes pedir ver, corregir, exportar o borrar tus datos, u oponerte a su uso, escribiendo a freddygarcatwz@gmail.com. Te responderé en un máximo de 30 días. Si estás en la UE o el Reino Unido, también puedes reclamar ante tu autoridad de protección de datos.

Cambios

Si esta política cambia, la nueva versión se publicará aquí con una fecha nueva.
